- Items must have all tags attached
- Postage charges are not refundable

Ship your package using a traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery nb: Ketz-ke can not take responsibility for missing incoming deliveries

You will receive an email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
Exchanges | Need a different size or colour?
In order to serve you efficiently with your exchange request, you will get the right size or colour faster if you simply place a second order on line. Once we receive your return, we will credit your credit card immediately. Alternatively, you can also choose to send back your garment and once received, we will dispatch out your right size or colour straight away if it is available.
