Double Chocolate and Raspberry Brownie
So delicious you need to try this....
275 g milk chocolate (chopped coarsely)
155g butter (chopped coarsely)
330g (1 ½ cups) caster sugar
3 eggs (beaten lightly)
225g (1/2 cups) plain flour
155g frozen raspberries
155g white eating chocolate (chopped coarsely)
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius/350 F. Grease 20cm x 30xm baking tin. Line with baking paper
- Melt butter and chocolate in a large bowl. I put mine in the microwave for about 1min
- Stir in sugar, then eggs, sifted flour, raspberries, and white chocolate.
- Spread the mixture into a pan and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
- Cool brownie in pan and sprinkle with a dusting of icing sugar before cutting before cutting
Store in an airtight container for up to a week
